Well it looks like the case of the bipolar stalker, has returned. Yes, my stalker is once again back and in full tilt too, at least she was for one night.

I have had my home phone disconnected, changed a cell phone number, canceled our MySpace pages and thought that it was all going to go away back in January. Try Googling your name sometime. Then try it after you are working on an online resume. Evidently due to my girlfriend and I being out of work and working on our online resumes our names seem to popup and link to the websites we use. Anyone with just half a brain can use that info to search deeper. Well I guess she figured out that we were using Facebook and Twitter. Well, we have our Facebook pages set to private so she cannot see them. My only safe haven for keeping up with friends and family and not having to worry about her harassing them too. Yes, she was doing that on MySpace, contacting people on my friends lists. Anyway she figured out we were using Twitter. Well you cannot really make Twitter private. I know she was watching us there because she said she was during her ramblings the other night.

She has always been real good at putting "2 & banana" together to analyze everything about our lives. (cannot take credit for banana quote, my wonderful gf did it) Just taking bits and pieces of info you read and draw conclusions with them, no matter how bizarre they may seem. So thru following us she came to the conclusion that she was going to jail over what my gf had twittered. All because the state says you must renew your vehicle registration yearly. She tweeted that the lines were really long at the tax accessors office. I ended up getting that message twice and commented the line must be bad if she sent it twice. Then she tweeted directly to me that there was "no signal in the courthouse".

Well "Courthouse" was the magic word on May 1st at 3:20pm. I know this because during the ramblings of this girl who showed up at my house 11 hours later she mentioned it. She said she saw that my GF was at the courthouse "via Twitter" and put "2 & banana" together yet again and presumed that it was about her for some reason and came to my house at 2:35am in hopes to convince me not to send her to jail.

So, she decides to take it upon herself to come to my house in the middle of the night and scare the crap out of my 13 year old daughter, by knocking on the door. My daughter runs upstairs to wake us up and say "_____ is here and at the door, no freaking kidding" Always nice to be woken up like this. I get downstairs and low and behold the girl who has already been arrested outside my house before for showing up uninvited, was sitting on my patio with a plastic grocery bag with something it she wanted me to see.

I asked her to leave. She starts rambling on about being sorry and having a mental illness. I tell her "i am sorry but I cannot help you, you need to leave" She just kept on and on about needing help, so we called for help. We called 911. She must have had 40-50 minutes to just get in her car and drive away before the police showed up. Who knows why she stayed. She just rambled incoherently for the entire time. Sometimes making sense and admitting to following us on Twitter and knowing we have FaceBook pages. Other times she rambled on and on about stuff and people who none us of knew. At one point when she was rolling around in my front yard, she was screaming "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice " I kid you not. It was real hard for us not to laugh. She even continued on a tangent saying she was not a lesbian and that her relationship with some girl (I will not name) was only experimental. Occasionally making comments about different times about activities we tweeted about about like the Fall Out Boy concert I was going to chaperon my daughter and 2 of her friends to that got canceled due to rain. She went through fits of laughing hysterically, to crying the next minute then to screaming in anger and back and forth between them over and over again. She was truly unable to string thoughts logically together. It really was sad to see someone in this shape. She admitted to not taking her medicine and thought she was pregnant. She said she did not want the medicine to hurt the baby.

The police finally pulled up in front of my house. I spoke to her at this point and said "Your ride is here" She immediately jumped up as the officer walked toward the house and said "I don't know where I am, I don't know where I am"

Does she have a mental problem? Yes, she does. Does she take advantage of the situation and fain responsibility to stay out of legal trouble. Uhhh YES. She knows that saying she is mentally "off" is her "get out of jail free card". She did it the last time she was picked up in front of my house. Except she was thrown in the back of a cop car in cuffs last time, then told the cop if he took her to jail she would hurt herself. "DING" big red flag...She bypassed getting "arrested" now you go to mental hospital and get evaluated for a couple days and let go. Trying desperately not be held responsible for her actions.

This really is just the tip of the iceberg, I could go on and on, that actually finally got the DA's office to see that she was a problem. Never mind the hundreds of text messages to my phone, the countless emails, the harassing phone calls left on voice mail and the lewd photos sent to my daughters phone from her. I could go on and on. I have documented EVERYTHING. Fortunately charges were finally pressed and she served 7 1/2months of deferred adjudication. She even broke the no contact order that was placed on her during this time. The DA's office absolutely did nothing to enforce it. The investigating officer has been wonderful about the attention he has dedicated to the case. He was even blown off by the ADA's as well.

The first time she was found guilty of harassment and some how served her time "successfully" due to the ineffectiveness of our legal system. That was a Class C misdemeanor. If she is found guilty of harassment again it ends up as a felony. Now I do not wish that burden on anyone but for shit sake, what do you do? GO AWAY, LEAVE US ALONE.

Now she is back again.

I honestly think she needs to be committed. She is a danger to herself. Before anyone of you that reads this has sympathy for her. Just keep this little fact in mind. She wants to be a elementary teacher and her history shows she has serious attachment issues with kids.
